The detection gates (security gates) are an essential component of an RFID library system, constituting the main element for securing collections. They prevent the accidental or deliberate removal of various materials that have not been properly processed in the library's automated management system.

Upon detecting an unprocessed item in the predetermined proximity zone, the detection gates emit an audible and/or visual alarm.

The gates have various configuration options, a people counter with an integrated display, and the possibility of extending the distance between panels up to 1.60m (for the Premium version).

Information regarding triggered alarms, as well as the number of visitors over a certain period, is recorded for activity monitoring and statistics.

With a modern design featuring transparent plastic panels, the gates fit perfectly into the ambiance of any library. Installation can be done directly on the floor, on a metal plate, or in a version with buried cabling.
