The "Gheorghe Șincai" County Library in Oradea and 29 other libraries from towns across Bihor County will be modernized with the help of Softlink solutions by the end of the first quarter of 2025. This is part of a project by the Bihor County Council, funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

Once the construction and renovation work is complete, Softlink specialists will install the computerized library management systems, RFID equipment to automate library operations, the e-book lending platform, as well as high-productivity scanning and digitization equipment.

An important component of the project is the creation of a training center and the instruction of all librarians from the involved institutions on how to use the new technologies that have been implemented.
