cloudLibrary is an eContent platform provided by OCLC and distributed in Romania by Softlink Central Europe. Through cloudLibrary™, libraries can acquire books in electronic format (e-books and audiobooks) and make them available for borrowing by library members, while strictly protecting copyright.

Furthermore, via cloudLibrary™, libraries can also upload their own collections of electronic materials to make them accessible to their members.

Materials borrowed through the cloudLibrary™ platform can be accessed on a personal computer, laptop, tablet, phone, or e-reader.

The cloudLibrary™ platform is easy to use for both librarians and the public and makes a major contribution to modernizing offered services as well as increasing the library's prestige within the community. Interaction with readers is no longer conditioned by the physical presence of members at the library, and the library will gain a dynamic and consistent virtual presence in society.
