The software meets the needs of a modern university library, especially since it is constantly being upgraded. The professional book scanner is high-performing, which is necessary for the digitization process. The self-checkout unit is also very useful, especially during the students' exam period. The book sterilizer offers our readers safety in the book lending process. cloudLibrary has been populated with at least 300 titles in less than 3 years. If more efforts were made to create the consortium we discussed, these titles could be made available to other libraries.

Partners for Over a Quarter Century!
Softlink Central Europe has been the partner of the "Lucian Blaga" University Library in Sibiu since 1998, starting with the installation of the first professional library software, Alice for Windows. The services of the Sibiu university library were then greatly improved with the transition to the next web-oriented information system, Liberty3. Since 2009, with the move to a new building, Softlink has provided us with the latest technical solutions for integrating the Liberty information system with RFID equipment.
By offering these automated services, the library has become one of the most modern in the country!
Since 2014, the new iteration, Liberty5, has been operating continuously with the professional assistance of the Softlink team, and we are now in the process of adopting the latest generation of RFID equipment for many years to come.
