As in previous years, Softlink Central Europe participated in the 2025 National Conference of the Romanian Librarians' Association as the main sponsor of the event. The 35th edition of the conference took place in Oradea from September 2-5, under the theme "THE LIBRARY - Innovation, Accessibility, Communication". The event was hosted by the University of Oradea Library, the "Gheorghe Șincai" Bihor County Library, and the Bihor County Teachers' House.

For this edition, the Softlink team prepared a diverse program for librarians and library managers, which included:

• The workshop "The Essential Ingredients of a Successful Project" - a guide to best practices for local administration decision-makers, managers, department heads, and IT specialists in libraries. Presentations were given by specialists from the Bihor County Council, the World Bank in Romania, the Ministry of Economy, Digitalization, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism, as well as representatives from companies that provide specialized solutions and technologies for libraries (Softlink Information Centers, Nexbib, Zeutschel, HanrathArchitect).

• Live demonstrations of technology solutions specific to libraries.

• A guided tour of the facilities implemented at the "Gheorghe Șincai" Bihor County Library as part of the PNRR project for the library's modernization.
