The 33rd edition of the National Conference of the Librarians' Association of Romania took place in Timișoara from September 6 to 8, 2023. It gathered - either in person or online - over 250 librarians, specialists in information and documentation science, and representatives of companies providing specific products and services, in a professional meeting dedicated to all types of libraries.

The 2023 edition, held under the title “Library 4.0,” aimed to explore current themes and challenges facing the library community in Romania.

As in previous years, Softlink Central Europe was present at the National Conference of the Librarians' Association of Romania as the main sponsor.
