Softlink Central Europe participated as the main sponsor at the ANBPR National Conference 2019. The event took place from May 23-25 and was hosted by the "ASTRA" County Library in Sibiu. The theme of the event was "Public Libraries – Territories of Knowledge and Collective Memory".

An interactive contest with prizes was organized during the event, titled "cloudLibrary – the platform for acquiring and lending electronic books (eBooks and eAudiobooks)".
