Softlink Central Europe was present as the main sponsor at the National Conference of the Librarians' Association of Romania (ABR). The event took place in Timișoara from September 7–9, 2016, and brought together over 300 librarians and specialists in information and documentation science for a professional meeting dedicated to all types of libraries.

On this occasion, the Softlink team implemented the automated management system for ABR activities, a system that facilitates membership tracking and streamlines the registration and participation of members in the Association's various activities, based on their membership card.

Furthermore, Softlink offered the Excellence Award for School Libraries, and the marketing department delivered a presentation titled "After 20 Years. Together for the Development of Libraries", which reviewed the company's activities during two decades of operation in Romania.
